River Grades

There are six different grades of river, four of which are commercially rafted in Nepal. We recommend you choose your trip according to these grades.

At Rapidrunner Expeditions we specialise in multi-day expedition trips on the

many varied rivers of Nepal.  The multi-day rafting expeditions, range from a single

overnight camp to fourteen days on the river. We also run day trips on the Upper

Seti, Trisuli and Bhote Kosi Rivers.

In addition we run a Kayak School and Ducky trips, which give you the opportunity to learn about the river and gain some new skills.
