exhilarating whitewater adventures

Enjoy our video and see some of the awesome rapids in the beautiful Kali Gandaki valley. If you like what you see, give us a call and we can book you on to one of our trips!

The Kali Gandaki flows from Tibet and cuts between the 8000m metre peaks of the Annapurna and Daulagiri Himals.  This makes the Gandaki Valley the deepest gorge in the world!

The large volume of the river and the steep descent from the Tibetan Plateau create some world class rapids as the mighty Kali carves its way down towards the Indian Plains. In addition to the magical white water, the valley is home to some spectacular geological formations, extensive fossil beds, abundant wildlife and lush vegetation.

To the Nepali people the Kali Gandaki is considered a holy river as it ultimately runs into the sacred Ganga in India. Many ghats line the river banks and hill people come down to the riverside to make offerings to the Gods.
